On May 18th men and women from across SC will gather together to provide help and support in the form of painting, electrical, plumbing, pressure washing, carpentry, cleaning and landscaping. More information will be forthcoming as details and plans finalize.

Andy Moore (Brazil) Our family is back in Brazil after spending six month in the U.S. It was so nice to get back to some warm weather and a blessing to see our Brazilian church family and to enter the new year together with them. We are excited and optimistic as we enter this year with all it’s opportunities and challenges. Please continue to pray for our church as we transition to national leadership. Thank you for your prayers and support in 2018. –The Moores
Bobby Poole (Brazil) I praise the Lord for the health He has given me over these 83 years. I have never had an operation of any kind, nor put in the hospital for something. But it looks like that within the next 10 days I will be having Cataraca surgery on both eyes. I would like to ask for the prayers of our people, especially during these next couple of weeks. Also remember the Marincek Church. The Church elected a new pastor but unhappily some did not like the one that was called. We had 5 families to leave the Church (two of the men were deacons) and I feel that they did not leave in love and some are doing their best to take some that stayed with the Church, out! Pray for Pr. Myron and his dear wife, as they are working hard to get the church going in the right direction, for the glory of our Lord! I am hurt as these that left the Church would not accept the majority vote of the Church to call Pr. Myron. The devil, also works, here in Brazil!!!
Carlisle Hanna (India) Please pray for Bro. Carlisle, Don, Mark, and Sis. Milly Hanna as they traveled to India on March 10,and 12. Pray for Hostel (Boy’s Home) ministry. Pray for South India and Nepal ministry.
David Aycock (Brazil) Now that Carnaval is over here in Brazil, the country is ready to start a new year. In the meantime we have finished the Developing Your Character college level course, progressing in three evangelistic Bible studies, preparing for the children’s program for the year (we appreciate our two oldest daughters and their families involvement in the work) and putting in place volunteer Sunday School teachers for the year. Thank you for your prayers and your financial support. Please keep the construction of the Christian School in your prayers. Funds are needed to be able to finish by the middle of the year. Thank you! David and Annette
Jonathan/Amy Postlewaite (Bulgaria)
Thank you for praying for the discussion group which we hosted last Saturday March 30th. We are praising God for the good turnout. There were a total of 8 people who attended, 6 of whom were non-Christians. The discussion remained civil the entire time and there was even a positive response to the references to faith and the Bible as they relate to the question of whether or not life has a purpose. Please pray that we will be able to follow up with the people that came and that we will be able to have more conversations in which we can share the truth of salvation through Jesus Christ. Please be praying for us as later on today we will be going on an excursion to a nearby waterfall with a few families from the village of Odarne (the kids are on spring break right now). Two of the moms who will be going are not Christians and this will be another great opportunity for us to live out our faith in front of them and to share the gospel. Pray that God will keep everyone safe and that our time together will bear eternal fruit. This weekend the annual woman’s retreat will be held in the city of Varna. Amy and a couple other ladies from Pleven as well as women from other cities in which we have works will be traveling there on Friday and returning on Sunday. Please pray that God will give all the coordinators and speakers (including Amy) the strength and wisdom they will need. Pray that all those who attend will be encouraged and challenged by their time away and by the messages they hear. Pray that any unbelievers who might be in attendance will come to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Matt/Hailie Deckard (Ecuador) Please pray for endurance for our team; as we all will be very busy over the next couple of months, and also safety and prepared hearts of the people that will be coming down to serve with us. firstname.lastname@example.org
Neil/ Mandi Morgan (Spain) Several of our church members have recently had amazing opportunities to share their faith with unsaved friends and family. Please be in prayer for God to continue to open the door for conversations and for these people to come to Christ. Also, our church is planning an Easter skit. Please pray for our preparations and that it will impact those who see it. email@example.com
Randy/Kris Valandingham (Aiken) We thank everyone for their continual prayers and support for the work here at Rejoice Fellowship. Please remember them as they start the year off with discipling new believers on matters of stewardship.
Tim/ Kristi Johnson (Spain) We are looking forward to several upcoming events:
…On Thursday, we will pick up our residency cards, which we have been in the process of renewing since we returned to Spain in January.…This coming Sunday is “Youth Day” at the Alpedrete Church, where the children and youth will be in charge of the entire service.…Also pray for our kids: Alejandro will be performing in “The Wizard of Oz” at Welch College on April 9-13 and Ana will be taking the ACT in Madrid, Spain, on April 12.
Mirial Gainer (Japan) My eyes are doing well after cataract surgery. I’m using glasses for reading but not for driving. I’m finally finished with my neck braces. So thankful that the surgery was successful and the numbness in my hands is gone. I would appreciate continued prayers for Mother and for me as I care for her.

Have you ever thought about how value is given to things? From gold, silver, and diamonds, to houses, land, and even people. Value throughout the years has been determined by what price someone is willing to pay for something.
Aren’t you glad that God spared no expense when he purchased our salvation. You are valuable in the eyes of God!
Mt 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
