We just saw on the news that they have signed a “Declaration of Independence” from Spain, and then immediately signed a suspension of it. We don’t know exactly what that will mean for the country, but we are glad that we trust in a God who already knows what will happen during this time of uncertainty. Continue to pray for unity in the country of Spain.

Do you like to drive fast?
On this day in 2008 a Belgium man named Luc Costermans drove a borrowed Lamborghini Gallardo 192 miles per hour. Now this is nowhere near the fastest time set, by a driver, but what makes this feat special is that Costermans is Blind! He accomplished this feat because of a few things.
- The right vehicle- A car with the ability to drive that fast
- The right tools- Loads of navigational equipment in the vehicle
- The right help- A driving coach seated in the passenger seat beside him
Through the use of these things in a sense Costermans was able to see well enough (metaphorically speaking) to accomplish a great feat.
Jesus gives us all the things that we need, which pertain unto life and godliness. Because of this we echo the words of the hymn writer who said “I once was blind, now I see”
2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
