Andy Moore (Brazil) This new year got off to a great start. We had a watchnight service at our church with 40 people in which we prayed into the new year. We are preparing this month for our first baptismal service since moving into our new building and we have recently started a new Sunday school class. Thank you for our prayers as we head into 2017!
Bobby Poole (Brazil) “What is the value of a human soul? I often ask a young child, “Are you worth 10 cents?” I use this as an ice-breaker, to start a conversation, with the child´s parents or others standing by. Some responded, “I don´t know!”, others, “I will have to ask Mom or Dad”, and a few say, “Oh, I am worth much more than that!” The Lord spoke to my heart and told me, “Bobby, let me tell you the value of this child, who is so valuable to Me, that I gave my only begotten Son, to die for him (or her)!” All the money in the world cannot buy a human soul and save it from an eternal hell! They must hear the Gospel message! I plead with our FWB of South Carolina, to continue praying for and supporting out FWB missionaries, around the world. Souls, for whom Christ, our Lord died, are going out into eternity, lost, because they have never heard that God loves them and that our Lord Jesus died and rose from the dead, to save their precious souls.”
Carlisle Hanna (India) is currently stateside. Please pray for efforts to secure another visa.
David Aycock (Brazil) We are grateful for the way God is working here in Barbacena. In the month of November we baptized five people. They invited family members and friends to watch their baptism. We had many first time visitors. Fernando came forward two Sundays ago wanting to give his life to Christ. Pray for his spiritual growth. Thank you for your prayers and financial support. Please continue to pray and consider giving toward the construction of our Christian school. We need your help! David and Annette

Where Satan Dwells
As the nation has gone through the nastiest presidential election of my lifetime, and has come to place where violent protests are common, we see one issue continue to rise to the forefront… Abortion. Call it choice, call it women’s rights, or whatever you may call it, this issue continues to rear its head. The plain and simple fact is it is the taking of human life. According to statistics the abortion rate in the US has reached 59,000,000. That is 48 million more babies killed than there were Jews killed during than Holocaust…. Let that sink in….
I feel that we are blind if we do not recognize the efforts and role of Satan in all this. This was brought soberly to my attention with a recent photo posted by a FWB Minister. With two apparently transgender men holding up a sign in protest that read “If Mary had had an abortion we wouldn’t be in this mess”.
In a letter to the church at Pergamos the Lord wrote that he knew where Satan’s Seat was. Today Satan’s Seat may be in the good ole USA. Let us be like the the Church at Pergamos and hold fast his name.
Re 2:13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
