We have restarted our weekly outreach ministry by giving free English classes on Saturdays and we are preparing for a baptismal service this month. Also, our church is now involved monthly in ministering to a group of twenty orphans. Please pray that we can show the love of Christ to these emotionally and spiritually needy children.- The Moores
Bobby Poole (Brazil) The First FWB Church, Ribeirão Preto is having it´s 44th “Family Retreat”, which takes place during Carnaval (dias 24-28). Geneva and I started the Retreat 44 years ago to help get our youth, and the whole family, out of the terrible time (morally speaking) of the Carnaval days. Thousands of lives have been touched. They have some 150 registered for this Retreat. It will be at Camp Evangelandia in Jaboticabal.

David Aycock (Brazil) The Lord has really blessed! Thank you for your prayers! With gifts from our partners we have been able to keep the construction of our Christian school going through April. We are building by faith! We are counting on God’s people to help us get the project completed. Would you consider helping us? Pray for Amilton’s salvation. He works for the Brazilian Post Office. We have completed our second evangelistic Bible Study and he is really interested. Our Discipleship classes for our new converts will conclude this month. We plan to baptize five. Thank you, David and Annette
Jonathan/Amy Postlewaite – Recently I got acquainted with a young man name Alan. Alan is a Christian from India who is studying at the medical university here in town. He reached out to me because he was looking for an English speaking service (there currently are no English services, just translated ones). Heb 3:1 ¶ Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
I do not know where you are on life’s journey, but no matter where you are we all need help along the way. One of the biggest lies of the devil is to tell people that they don’t need God, that they can make it on their own. With all of our modern technological advancements, in almost all areas of life it seems that man has been trying to make God or the concept of God obsolete. But I am here today to tell you that I need him now more than ever.
- Consider the Person of our God.
- He is holy his character is righteous completely. There is no sin in Him.
- He is high and Lofty. He holds an elevated position over all creation.
- When he stops being the Holy one in our eyes and when he loses that elevated position in our affection his Character does not change he does not Change but we do. We then become idolaters.
- Consider the presence of our God.
- His presence is the difference maker in all of our lives. He is the game changer. When ever God gets involved in something he always makes the difference.
- If you are living in defeat and no matter what you do you cant seem to win his presence will make the difference
- Consider the patience of our God.
- You may think that you have gone too far, or that you have been away too long. But nothing you have done has surprised God. He is sovereign He knew the route you would take when He made you.
- 2Pe 3:9 ¶ The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
- Consider the persistence of our God.
- He never gave up. Jesus had a way out he could have called for rescue from the cross but he was obedient unto death.
- He won’t give up on you.
- I will donate Ten Dollars to missions in the name of the first person that replies to this email, and types “I read your devotion”.
- Consider the purpose of our God.
- He has a purpose for you
- 1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
