Missions

Andy Moore (Brazil)  The year 2016 is off to a great start! Our church is seeing visitors on a weekly basis. We are also encouraged to see our church people growing in their involvement and commitment to the Lord and the local church.  Please pray for God’s spirit to bring conviction and conversion in the lives of those people God has put in our path.

Carlisle Hanna (India) Please continue to pray for Bro. Carlisle and Dr. Don Hanna as they travel and share about our work in India. Also pray for brother Carlisle as he deals with chronic, constant back pain. Pray the medical procedures he is having will alleviate the pain and provide long-term relief. Also Bro. Stanley Rajkumar met with the American Consulate in Chennai India, on November 22 and was granted his VISA!!! Bro. Stanley will be speaking at our 2016 State Meeting.

David Aycock  (Brazil) The last Sunday in 2015 we baptized 3 people (a couple and a teenager). They are really growing spiritually! Currently I am training 3 men to become future Sunday School teachers. Thank you South Carolina for your prayers and financial support.

Jonathan/Amy Postlewaite We praise God that all of our Christmas events were successful. Please pray that there will be long term results because of the contacts that were made and the message of salvation through Christ that was shared. Pray for our family as we prepare to say goodbye to our church family here in Bulgaria when we return to the US for stateside assignment.

Mirial Gainer as she prepares to end 40 years of ministry in Japan. Ask God to give her strength and wisdom during her last months in Hokkaido. Pray, as she says her goodbyes, she will be encouraged at all God has accomplished through her faithfulness.

Neil/ Mandi Morgan (Spain) Please remember them as they settle into ministry there in Spain.nmorgan@fwbgo.com

Randy/Kris Valandingham (Aiken)! Please continue to pray for Rejoice FWB Fellowship as they minister in Aiken SC.

Tim/ Kristi Johnson (Spain) Thank YOU for your support and prayers over the years.  Because of YOU, we have been able to see God’s hand at work in many lives in Spain.  Because of YOU, we’ve seen souls saved, new converts baptized, and have watched disciples as they’ve grown in their spiritual walk with the Lord.  Because of YOU, we have been able to plant the church in Alpedrete and will soon celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the church.  Thank YOU for being faithful!   ¡Muchas gracias!

A Life Made Over Jer 18:3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels. 4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it. 5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

The Problem of a life that Resists- (The clay should never resist the potter)

The Peril of a Life that Rebels- (Rebellion leads to destruction)

The Potential of a life that Responds- (Only the potter knew what he was doing with the clay)

The Promise of a life that Repents- (He can make it over again)

 “Prosphero Theos”

Chris Todd

Col 1:18
