Andy Moore (Brazil) We are praising the Lord for His presence and blessings on the ministry here in Juiz de Fora. Our new church building has encouraged many new visitors to attend our services. We have also started offering again free English classes on Saturdays which is creating a lot of contacts for evangelism. Please remember our family in your prayers as we start the 16th year of our ministry in Brazil.
Bobby Poole (Brazil) The Lord is working in the Marincek Church (Ribeirão Preto, Brasil). We are praying for revival, our attendance is picking up, we have two young people to baptize and a wonderful spirit of love and fellowship. Pray for the young pastor that is preaching two Sunday nights a month. This week, a person suggested that he may be the one that the Lord has, to become pastor of the Church. Please pray with us.
Carlisle Hanna (India) Please remember Bro. Carlisle as he is in India. The South India Conference was a great success as they honored 65 years of faithful service! They have broken Ground on the New Life Church!
David Aycock (Brazil) Thank you for your prayers. After a five week Bible study, Roberto got saved today (Monday). Please pray for his spiritual growth. Thank you for your prayers and financial support. You made it possible!
Jonathan/Amy Postlewaite Please pray for us as we travel to Tennessee and then on to West Virginia, where we will stay until the end of June. Pray also about a bill that was recently put forward in the Bulgarian parliament. The bill is meant to target radical Islam, but because of its language it would affect the efforts of Christian missionaries as well.
Mirial Gainer I look forward to an opportunity to share more of what God is doing in Japan. If you’re interested in my coming to share in your church or women’s group, I am also available for the WMO services if anyone needs me. Please contact me at 507-208-5808 or let Bro Chris know (firstname.lastname@example.org). Thanks for your faithful financial and prayer support.
Neil/ Mandi Morgan (Spain) We had our first two English classes at the university. We have been really encouraged at the turn out. There were so many students that we have even had to divide the class and offer it two days a week. One of the students invited us to join her family this weekend for a picnic. We are praying the Lord will use this opportunity for His glory! Please join us in praying for this. Please also pray for God’s provision for Pastor José Manuel and his family. He was recently laid off from his job as an electrician.

Are You Fit to Lead
What do you think of when you hear the word leader? Do you think of prestige, honor and glory, maybe the satisfaction of making all the decisions? If this is your idea of what leadership is then you are probably not fit for leadership in the church. Here are some signs that you are not fit to lead.
- If you think you are where you are because of your own capacity.
- If you look at your life and the dominant thought is that you deserve to be here because you worked so hard, then you aren’t fit to lead.
- This was kind of the problem the disciples had with James and John. Mom wanted them to be in the top two positions of leadership. She probably felt that they had worked hard and deserved it.
- Lu 14:11 For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
- If you are not grounded in the word.
- Eph 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
- If you are not willing to serve
- 26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; 27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: 28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
