Who is that?

The phrase “Who is that” only appears three times in the Bible; twice in Jeremiah and once in Daniel. In Jeremiah it seems to be used to show that none have power like God. In Daniel it is spoken by the pagan King Nebuchadnezzar to the three Hebrew children, asking “Who is that?” referring to what God is able to deliver them from his hands?

The Bible speaks of a day when we shall stand before the Lord. I don’t want him to look at me and say “WHO IS THAT?” Seek daily to know him and be known by him!

Mt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Happy New Year!

“Prosphero Theos”

Chris Todd
